Book publishing services for independent authors. Your manuscript deserves a real publishing team.
Editing, formatting, cover design, publishing, printing and marketing: handled end to end by a team here in the States that you can pick up the phone and call. You stay in charge of every decision, from the first edit to the finished book.
Prefer to talk it through? Call (786) 735-2958, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST. Every quote is written down and fixed before any work begins, and you keep your rights and your files either way.
What we do
Book Editing & Proofreading
Every strong book has been through more than one careful reader before it reaches the public. Our editors work in three passes (developmental, line, and proofreading), so your ideas come through clearly, your voice stays your own, and nothing embarrassing slips past on page one. You’ll always know which editor is on your book, and you’ll see tracked changes, not a black box.
- Developmental, line & proofreading passes
- Tracked changes, never a black box
- A real editor reads a sample before we quote
Book Formatting & Typesetting
A great manuscript can still look amateur if the interior isn’t formatted properly. We format your interior for print and digital both, choosing typefaces, margins, and layout suited to your genre. You’ll receive print-ready files and properly coded e-book files, tested across the major platforms before anything goes live.
- Print interior design at your exact trim size
- Clean, reflowable EPUB & Kindle files
- A sample chapter approved before we format the rest
Book Cover Design
Readers judge a book by its cover, and on a crowded online shelf, yours has about two seconds to earn a click. Our designers study your genre’s conventions and your book’s actual content, then build a cover that fits among the bestsellers in your category while still standing out. Never a generic template with your title dropped on top.
- 2-3 genuinely different concepts to choose from
- Print, spine & e-book files at every required size
- Revision rounds until it’s right
Book Publishing & Distribution
Publishing today isn’t one decision, it’s a dozen small ones. We manage the entire process, from setting up your accounts correctly to making sure your book is available in print and e-book wherever your readers shop. You keep the rights and the royalties; we handle the technical setup and the details that trip up most first-time authors.
- Amazon, IngramSpark & major e-book retailers
- ISBN, metadata & category setup handled
- You keep 100% of your rights and royalties
Book Marketing
Publishing a book and marketing it are two different projects, and most authors run out of energy right as the second one begins. We build a marketing plan around your specific book and its actual audience, and we’re upfront about what’s realistic to expect and on what timeline, in plain numbers rather than vague reassurance.
- A written plan built around your book, not a template
- Author website, email list & reviews outreach
- Plain-language reporting you can actually read
Printing & Fulfillment
Whether you want fifty hardcover copies for a launch event or simply want your book available in print without holding inventory, we handle the printing itself. Every order includes a physical proof for your approval before a full run goes to press, so there are no surprises when the boxes arrive.
- Print-on-demand or short-run & offset printing
- A physical proof approved before any full run
- Honest guidance on quantity, never an oversell
Ghostwriting & Book Writing
Not every worthwhile book gets written by someone with the time, or writing background, to draft 80,000 words alone. We pair you with an experienced writer who interviews you at length and drafts your book so it reads as unmistakably yours. You review and shape every chapter as it’s written. It is a genuinely confidential, collaborative process.
- In-depth discovery interviews before any drafting
- An outline you approve first
- Chapter-by-chapter review, not one big reveal
Author Website Design
Social media accounts can vanish or simply stop reaching the people who follow you, but a website you own is permanently yours. We build clean, easy-to-navigate author websites that showcase your books and make it simple for readers, bookstores, and media to find and contact you.
- Book pages with buy links to every retailer
- Email sign-up you own outright
- Simple enough to update yourself
Five steps, and you approve every one
- Tell us about your book. A real conversation first, not a form that disappears into an inbox. You talk to a publishing advisor who reads a sample of your manuscript before saying anything about price. They will tell you what your book actually needs, and just as importantly, what it doesn’t.
- Get a fixed quote, in writing. Itemised, in plain English, and it does not move. Every service is listed on its own line with its own price, along with a realistic timeline. If something changes later, we tell you before the work happens, never after and never on the invoice.
- We build the book. Editing, interior design and cover, handled by specialists. Your editor edits. A typesetter lays out the interior for print and for every e-reader. A cover designer works to your genre’s conventions, because covers sell books before a single word is read.
- You approve every stage. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off. At each milestone you see the work, ask whatever you want to ask, and say yes or not yet. There is no stage of this process where your book carries on without you, and no point where you lose sight of it.
- Your book goes on sale. Published, distributed and available where readers shop. We handle the listings, the metadata and the distribution setup across Amazon, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, IngramSpark and the rest. Then we hand you the keys, with everything in your name.
Straight answers, before you call
How much does it cost to publish my book with you?
It depends on what your book needs, and we will not pretend otherwise with a number on a page. A short nonfiction book that only needs proofreading, formatting and a cover sits at the low end; a 120,000-word novel needing developmental editing sits much higher. What we can promise is that you will get one written, itemised quote before anything starts, and that the figure on it is the figure you pay.
Do I keep the rights to my book?
Yes, completely and permanently. You hold the copyright, you own the final files, and the retailer and printer accounts are set up in your name. We are a service you hire, not a publisher you sign to. If you ever want to move your book elsewhere, nothing of ours stands in the way.
How long does the whole process take?
Most books take eight to twelve weeks from the day editing begins to the day the book goes on sale. Editing is the longest stage and depends on the length and condition of the manuscript. You will have a date in writing before we start, and if anything threatens it you hear from us first rather than finding out from the calendar.
Can I talk to a real person instead of filling in a form?
Please do. Most of our authors start with a phone call. Call (786) 735-2958, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST, and you will reach a publishing advisor rather than a call centre. If we are with another author, leave a message and you will get a call back the same working day.
What if I only need one service, like a cover design?
That is completely fine and very common. Each service stands on its own and is priced on its own line. Plenty of authors come to us for a cover or a proofread alone, and there is no pressure to take anything else. We would rather do one thing well for you than talk you into five.
I have never published before. Will you explain things as we go?
That is most of what your advisor does. First-time authors are the majority of the people we work with, and none of them arrived knowing what ISBNs, trim sizes or metadata were. We explain each stage before it happens, in plain English, and there is no such thing as a question that is too basic here.
